Face-to- face valuation & photography guidelines

Following the government announcing the recent changes to lift the restrictions starting from Monday 19th July 2021, we as a business will continue to stick to the 'new normal' guidelines as before. Here at iMove, although the guidelines have now changed, we understand that it's not 'business as usual' due to the high amount of cases recently recorded in our area, and our top priority is to offer complete reassurance to our potential new clients who are looking to sell or let, and we have put safety procedures in place for our agents when conducting valuations, photography and viewings.

Face-to-face valuations

On the appointment our agent will:
  • Sanitise their hands before entering your property
  • Maintain social distancing at all times
  • Continue to wear a face mask
  • Where possible, refrain from touching anything inside your property
  • Greet you with a smile on arrival and take a look around
  • Ordinarily, we'd love a cup of coffee, but we will have to politely decline!

Property photography, measurements and floor plan

Before we arrive:

  • Please have your property completely ready for the photography to take place
  • Have your photo ID & proof of address readily available for our agent to take copies of
  • A spare key (if this has been agreed with our agent on the initial valuation for future viewings)

When conducting your photography, measurements and floor plan:

  • Sanitise our hands before entering
  • Maintain social distancing at all times
  • Continue to wear a face mask
  • Where possible, refrain from touching anything inside your property

For added reassurance to instruct iMove to help you move (or find a suitable tenant), take a look at our viewing policy: https://www.imoveestateagents.co.uk/blog/item/covid-19-our-viewing-policy/12/
