Tenants: A hassle free way to finding your next property

Pre-tenancy application

Once you have viewed and found a suitable property to rent, our pre-tenancy application will need to be completed by each tenant over the age of 18

Landlords approval

We will speak to the landlord about your application and obtain approval to go-ahead

Holding deposit

A holding deposit will be required to secure the property. This will be the equivalent to 1 weeks rent and will be deducted from the final amount payable, before you move in

References

We use a company called ‘Vouch’ to conduct our referencing such as; employer references, credit checks and previous landlords (if applicable)

Tenancy documents

Providing the references come back as a pass, we will draw up the relevant paperwork for the tenancy

Documents relating to the tenancy

Prior to the tenancy starting, all legal documents will be provided such as; gas safe certificates (if applicable), EPC, our client money protection certificate and more – Click here to view our CMP certificate

First months rent & security deposit

The first months rent & remainder of the security deposit must be paid before the tenancy starts. We will send an invoice at least 3 working days before the agreed move-in date.

Move-in day

We will arrange a suitable time for you to visit our office and go through the final bits of paperwork that needs to be signed and hand over the keys.
