Steven started his estate agency career working for well-known corporate brands and this began back in 2013. Working his way through the ranks starting as a sales negotiator, he quickly became the top lister within the Southern division for one corporate estate agency in 2017 and continued to thrive within the industry, to eventually start iMove Estate Agents in 2018.

Steven spotted a niche in the market and wanted to create a more personal, modern estate agency. By combining the creativity of amazing technology and finding great agents to work with, iMove Estate Agents has grown incredibly fast with a second office opened in Newton Abbot, March 2021.

Throughout his career, Steven has always looked for ways to improve his knowledge of the industry and became a qualified mortgage advisor purely to gain a better understanding of how this aspect of the business works. Over the years he has helped thousands of homeowners move and continues to look for ways to change the face of estate agency, for the better.

Dedicated Sales Progressor

Megan started iMove in 2018 after a career within the hospitality industry running successful hotels in both Torquay and Exeter. Prior to this she studied at Plymouth University leaving with a successful First-Class Honours Degree in Business Management. 

Here at iMove Megan takes care of all sales progression, where she communicates with all parties to ensure a smooth and stress-free sale for both the buyers and sellers. She has a wealth of knowledge and a great relationship with local solicitors which allows her to help manage every aspect of the sale.

Having grown up and being schooled in Torquay, Jon has a wealth of local knowledge when it comes to Torbay and its surrounding areas. He has always had a passion for everything creative and after school went on to study a foundation degree in art where he developed a love of photography and went on to study for a Batchelor’s degree in Photographic Art. 

After graduating from university Jon moved to London and in 2012 started working for one of London’s largest estate agents. Working as an agent in central London was a great opportunity and provided a huge amount of industry experience in a very fast paced and exciting market. 

At the beginning of 2020 he decided to make the move back home to Torbay and joined the team at iMove. Since then, he has been able take his previous corporate agency background and develop in his role as part of a local independent estate agent, combining this with his love of photography has provided an opportunity to create something special with the iMove marketing materials and he takes great pride in presenting our customers’ homes in their best possible light.

Courtenay has a strong background in customer service and was born and raised in Torbay; offering great knowledge of the local areas. Courtenay previously studied Health & Social care during her college years and this gave her brilliant social skills together with quickly realising how much she enjoyed helping people and how important it is to go the extra mile for clients. 

Courtenay has always worked in roles that require excellent communication, attention to detail and dealings with clients face to face as well as over the phone or email. These roles have enabled her to take these skills and apply it to helping people move!

Elle was born and raised in Torquay and has extensive knowledge of Torbay and the surrounding areas. After completing her Business Diploma at Exeter college, she went on to work in the hospitality industry gaining a wealth of experience with a customer facing role.

She started her estate agency career in 2018 with an independent company as an apprentice administrator working her way up to a sales negotiator. Elle joined the iMove team in 2021 and prides herself on her personal service to ensure she helps her buyers find their dream home. Her knowledge of the property industry combined with her excellent communication skills makes her the agent you want working for you!

Sam started his estate agency career working for a well-known corporate brand and this began back in 2015. From the very beginning he had an interest in property and thrived off the enjoyment of helping people secure their next home. Sam started as a lettings negotiator and quickly grew to become the lettings manager in a short space of time running a team of 3 and built a trusted team in supporting both landlords and tenants. 

Sam then joined a large independent estate agent where he jumped into the sales market and enjoyed great success in building long term relationships with local developers and individual homeowners looking for their next home.

Sam has always had a strong interest when it comes to building long term relationships with people and always goes above and beyond to help any of his clients.

Property Manager

Billie joined iMove in 2019 having worked in hospitality for several years. With her extensive background in the hospitality sector Billie brought fantastic communication skills and tons of motivation to learn about the property industry. Having run her family’s successful restaurant for many years dealing with all aspects of the business such as; accounts, staff management and dealing with customers, she soon realised a customer facing role was what she enjoyed the most.   

Billie prides herself in getting to know her clients and their needs when it comes to what’s important in finding the perfect property. When she joined the iMove family back in 2019 Billie started as a sales progressor covering Megan while she was on maternity leave and gained a wealth of knowledge about the moving process from start to finish, once a sale had been agreed. When iMove opened their Teignbridge office Billie was ready to step into a property negotiator role and has exceeded all expectations in the process of matching a buyer to the right property, and in turn, helping many home-movers step into the next chapter of their lives.

Laura started her estate agency career working for a well-known independent estate agent in Teignbridge back in 2007. Then moving to a corporate brand in 2015. From the very beginning she had a knack for helping people secure their next rental home. Laura started as a lettings negotiator and worked her way up in the company to become the lettings manager. 

In 2013 Laura completed her ARLA exams and continues to keep up to date with current legislation.
