What is iMove's festive launch?

Our festive launch is where we prepare all properties to go live on BOXING DAY throughout November and early December, ready for them to capture the attention of buyers over the festive period without interrupting your holidays! Viewings won't start until the 1st week in January so you can enjoy a peaceful Christmas whilst we are being pro active in the background. 

 

In previous years it has been proven that with 231% more hits online over the festive period this is the perfect time to market your property!

There are 3 simple steps

 

1. Book your valuation and instruct iMove.

We will visit your home initially for the valuation and to answer any queries. We will then carry out the photos, videography and prepare the brochure to be ready by early December avoiding interrupting your Christmas festivities.

 

2. Your property will go live on the 26th of December which is proven to be the busiest day for potential buyers scrolling through property portals. Let the interest flood in! We expose your property on our website, Rightmove, Zoopla (plus more!) and our social media platforms ensuring it attracts as many buyers as possible.

 

3. We will be in the office between Christmas and New Years Eve taking calls and booking all viewings in, ready for them to begin the first week back in the new year... just in time for all the decorations to be taken down and put back in the loft!
